i've been on a creative bender this week. 🙂
wheels spinning, plans being made, ideas forming.
i've decided i want to do a special blog series for the month of february.
a month of "love lists". things i love (interpreted in all different sorts of ways).
february is, after all, my favorite month. and valentine's day is my favorite holiday.
pink, red, sparkle, lace, hearts, doilies, love…what's not to love for a girly girl like me?
so i decided i'll celebrate it in style.
with new posts all month long. projects, giveaways, favorite things, decor, style, journaling ideas, product ideas, you name it.
i asked for ideas about what you guys might like to see on my facebook page and i got some awesome ideas.
do you have anything you'd like to see? anything you don't want to see?
i'd love to hear. i'm SO excited and hope you will be too!
have a beautiful,blessed weekend.
xxo

Oh boy, this will be fun! Stephanie, you are always so good with your color combinations. I would love for you to create some different “Valentine” color combinations…although pink/red/white is pretty, it doesn’t always match my Tuscany colors at home! Just an idea…

I just love your off the page creations! more more.

I’m no help here…I love your blog ’cause you have a great balance of “creations”, decorations, family time, pics etc…but for february…how ’bout what you cook for the kiddo’s, what special things do you do for them?….oh, and more banners, love your banners for decorations.

That will certainly brighten up the dark days of winter around here! 🙂 Thanks for putting that together. I’m sure I’ll eat up everything you put together but I would throw out there that not all of us are in relationships and we don’t all have children. While I by no means expect that you would tailor it that direction, I would love to see anything you come across that might be well suited to someone like me. Thanks Steph!

I’ve been so busy lately I’ve neglected my usual blog reading. Love the idea for Feb. Also just wanted to say thank you for all you put on your blog-as a working mom of 3 I don’t get out much but your blog inspires me to be a better mom-take care of myself-listen to God-be creative. I don’t always post comments but thank you and Merry Christmas!

Sounds like a lot of fun! Winter is harder for me to get through with cold short days, but this will add some excitement to it!

IT would be great to see the cute Valentine decorating ideas at the end of January so we have time to make them and put them up in February!
sherri says
I’m not a huge Valentine’s Day fan, but I do look forward to following along with you. Maybe you’ll bring me over to the other side 🙂
Sarah Swann says
I’d love to see some good things for the guys. My hubby will be deployed then and maybe I can use something to send him for V-Day!
Sarah K says
How about a favorite gifts, either to give or get, post.
Shannon says
How about a special box or container to collect sweet little Valentine messages and love notes leading up to Valentine’s Day? Or maybe an interactive journal in which family members can write messages about what they love about each other?
jen says
I love this idea … can’t wait to see what you do!
Julianne says
LOVE this idea :). I would love to see lists of things you like, and would like to see things you are doing with your girls and husband for Valentine’s Day. I always enjoy the posts where you journal about mothering etc. They always make me tear up, as do your photos. I guess being a mother of three girls myself, sometimes I feel like you are saying exactly what I feel LOL!!! So I would enjoy some posts of this type, and lots of photos of decor ideas, kiddie craft ideas, and maybe ways to show our kids/husbands how much we love them in the month of February. 🙂

I would love to see your thought process behind your party plans… you always have the cutest party set-ups for your girls! 🙂

Anything with your twins! I love their little faces.

Hey Steph!! I can’t remember where I read it, but somewhere you wrote that you use design priciples and visual triangles (I think that’s what you called it) when you make your layouts.
I’d loev to see some tutorials/reccommendations on how you do that, books you’ve read about it/sites etc etc.
I’d love to know more about it 🙂
other than that–honestly, ANYTHING! I love everything you do 🙂
