I don't shop much for myself in the fall,winter,or spring. But summer? I go a little bit nuts. There's nothing like a good sundress or skirt. And sandals,flip flops…yeah, I'm a sucker.
Here's a few of my favorite things that I'm wearing this summer. Note: I try to buy a few nice pieces that will last a long time. To me, it is worth paying more for somthing that will last and will be timeless. Then I supplement with pieces from Target,Old Navy…and this year even Maurices (which I had never even been in and most of it isn't very "me).
I've run into a problem lately. It seems that most hemlines are a few inches too short for me. When I find a nice midi or maxi dress that I love, I make sure to snag it. It's hard to find clothes that are appropriate for this mama of four. 🙂

I agree, there’s nothing better than a sundress when it’s really hot out, more comfy than feeling the waistline of shorts…love that #6 shirt, very flattering I am sure 🙂

Me too!! I can’t stand fall and winter, and we go from winter to summer, not much spring here. I buy clothes in summer. I have three girls 9, 12 and 14) so there is no money in the budget for me. I have to hit Kohl’s with 30% off, but I love summer clothes!

I love looking at dresses, but never buy any. I never wear them. For whatever reason, I feel much more comfortable in a pair of shorts. Odd I know. Love the dress from target and the shirt from Maurices.
