well, that’s about it.

so harper is obsessed with singing her abcs.however, she thinks it is “baby sadie e f g”how cute is that?i’m not correcting her. i’m pretty sure she’ll figure it out one day and i love hearing it the “wrong” way.she’s really making me laugh lately.she’s a ham, a performer, an extrovert.she may look just like her daddy, but she acts a lot like me.for example: 

 she loves this ladybug hat.and i die laughing every timeshe puts it on.thank you, michaels.this will be my entertainment for the summer!                

and sadie, well she’s  content to just chill and watch the action.like so: 

                 these two make me so happy.well, clearly they make me pull my hair out too, but they make me happy. starting friday, jimmy has leave for almost 2 weeks.it’s his big vacation before he deploys this summer.i’m so looking forward to family time.i’m pretty greedy about our family time. we don’t have much. i thought i would leave you with a few more house photos.hope i don’t bore you with ’em, i just like sharing the process!! our bedroom… the pillows on the bed were 8 dollars at big lots! yesss.and the iron scroll at the end of the  bed is going to be hung above the head, like a headboard.the room is not  big enough for us to get the headboard/footboard we want, so for now we are going with the illusion of a headboard. 

                     this is a 100 year old dresser that we purchased a couple of weeks ago.it was half the price of new dressers the same size, and we wanted something with character:

I got it for five bucks yesterday! yessss.
i’m so obsessed with it , i keep staring at it lovingly.hahah.

And guess what? Sadie slept until 5:30 this morning! yay!!!! I can’t even tell you how excited I was.
But let’s just say I was a bit..um….sore? in the chest area?? hehehe.
Too much information? Sorry.

I don’t even know where to start.
Sadie STILL isn’t sleeping. She likes to wake up all night
and wiggle and grunt and then cry
and then she won’t let me put her back down.

So I’m looking ROUGH.
like exhausted. No contacts b/c my eyes are way too tired,
bags under my eyes,
stay in your pajamas all day
TIRED.

But she’s so cute, I can’t be mad.
And Harper? Ay Ay Ay,
that’s a whole other can of worms.
Girl is OUT OF CONTROL.

She’s into everything,
Always running jumping screaming crying yelling
pure craziness.

Our dear friends asked us to be proxy god parents for their son’s baptism this weekend.
Sarah, I know you are reading this and I’m SO sorry Harper was such a disaster.
Let me share with you guys.
Among other things, she

1.Pooped during the ceremony and kept loudly saying “HARPER POOP”

2. Jumped up and down the aisle and up the steps
3. When the other baby that was being baptized cried, she yelled “baby angry…EAT MOMMY’S BOOBIES??”
4. Sniffed the floral arrangements and slyly said “niiiiiiice”
5. Kept yelling “HI UNCLE NICK” at our friends.

Lord help us all.
