I re-pinned that sleep through you and thought I’d give it a whirl because I have sleep issues… My mind won’t shut the hell up. DUDE. IT DOES WORK! I do it a few times and then stop and then I’m out. Hallelujah!

That meat chart may be a bit old. In 2011, the FDA lowered the doneness temp for pork to 145F. I believe that is about 63C, not 80.

Now I need to try that sleep thing. There are definitely some nights where that would come in handy.
