me some chicken. she has a little play drumstick in her food basket, and I thought that’s what she was talking about.
she brought me this:
I laughed and laughed and laughed..

Okay, now that I have that out of the way, I’ll answer a few more questions you guys have been asking.
1. Do you think of the design of your layout before you start scrapping or do you just see what happens? I rarely, if ever plan a layout before I make it. I don’t sketch it out first, I don’t really move things around, I just fly by the seat of my pants. Crazy, right? hehe
2. How did you get on your design teams? I applied for Prima, and I was asked to join the others.
How do you get published? Submit, submit, submit. I’m weird in that I don’t really like scrapping for a specific call. It stresses me out. I’d much rather do what makes me happy and then if someone else likes it too and it fits what they need, then everyone is happy. I submit maybe 2-3 layouts a month.
3. What scrappers do you find inspiring? Many people inspire me. Too many to list, actually. But my long-time favorites are Jenni Bowlin, Teresa McFayden, Keisha Campbell, and Karen Russell. They are all linked in the left column of my blog.
4. Do you print your pics at home or have them printed? I use Shutterfly every now and then, and sometimes I also use Walgreens one hour printing, but I mainly print at home. I never really know what I will want to use picture-wise, and I also like to have photos right after I take them.
5. Where do you shop for your supplies? My local store, Crop Paper Scissors is amazing. Emmalie always has beautiful things in stock. Online, my favorite store is A Million Little Things. Jill ships things SO quickly, and always has new items in stock. To be completely honest, I really don’t shop much ever since I joined Studio Calico. That makes J. happy =).
6. What is your favorite color? kelly green and robin’s egg blue (NOT together, ewww).
7. You were saying you want to lose weight while J is gone. What is your plan? My plan is called the “deployed husband single mommy stress diet”. It works. No, really…I just plan to eat healthy and exercise. That’s my diet philosophy. I actually don’t believe in “diets”. I just believe in healthy living.
Ever since we discovered H’s gluten/dairy/everything allergy, we’ve ALL lost weight. There aren’t any unhealthy snacks in the house. Also, since J left, I barely have any time to eat anyway.
Okay, sorry for the mega post yet again.
The scary thing is, i STILL Have questions left from the post where I asked what I should blog about.
Thanks so much for keeping me busy,
I really honestly appreciate it.
Well, I hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday!
