I have so many pictures and stories to share. I’m not quite sure how to share them.

One HUGE vacation post? Or should I break it down into

Austria

Germany

Switzerland.

Thoughts? It’s no secret that y’all are the best blog readers and friends out there…period. I’d love to hear your input.

Until then, I’ll be uploading photos and responding to comments (yes, still!) on the Roll Call post.

  5. I am another vote for one country at a time. Hopefully that way the task is not as daunting for you as you slip back into your daily routine.

    I know that we’ll get more information and photos that way.
    Not to mention I need some mojo to do my trips and I want to do them a port at a time.

  15. I always broke up my blog posts by major desitination or sometimes even a few posts depending on where we were (Paris, for example, was a couple of blog posts). It makes it easier to get more posts up, too, when you break it up. It made it easier for my brain and I felt like I could just share more stories.

  17. Definitely by country…and maybe even a post with a summary about favorite photos or food from each place you visited. A lot of us are living/reliving through you and yours! Thanks!

  18. It would be great to see each country separately. So many memories of when we were stationed in Germany 30 years ago. We were married overseas and so enjoyed our adventure!

  19. By country may be easier for you. But whatever you want to do is good. Can’t wait to read all about it! My husband may be going to Italy on Sat. for a business trip. He doesn’t know where (can you tell he hates to travel?) but somewhere near Bolognia (spelling??). Only going for a few days, so won’t be doing any sightseeing. I don’t know why he doesn’t stay a couple extra days and sight see.

  21. I would break it down by country…maybe two posts per country….one vacation post per week. I think that’ll just allow to savor all that goodness all the more. Thanks for taking the time to share all the beauty you are seeing and experiencing around you. 😉

  31. I think it’s easier to read when you break it down. But have continuity like the best meal we ate in…, favorite photo of… the moment that stands out… It will unify the series. Looking forward to reading it all.

  39. You’re right, we are the very best blog readers. I think one post per country would be good, but whichever is easiest for you is fine by me. I’m really looking forward to it, I do so love to read about your adventures. Just this morning I was remembering that huge many-person bike thing you rode on in (I think) Savannah and thinking how you always know how to have fun and enjoy life wherever you are. That bike stuck in my mind for some reason, it looked like such a good afternoon.

  51. My first thought was by country but you could divide it four time periods. Which would also give you four holiday/vacation books. One each for the girls. It’s an idea but not sure how practical it is

  52. So happy you have had the opportunity to tour those beautiful countries. I had the delightful experience as a flight attendant (for 35 years) to see the world too and feel so blessed to have those memories. I agree with the majority, maybe one country at a time. Can’t wait to see what you come up with.

  58. see you’re looking for another destination. Paris or Praque? Both are beautiful, but would go to paris first if you’ve never been there. Don’t forget belgium for a trip as well, lots of beautiful places as Knokke (lovely in summer) Antwerp and Brugge. Yes lots to explore in europe 🙂
