Good Morning, Sunshines!

I can’t even begin to tell you how crazy busy we were this weekend!

we:

Stripped wallpaper (also known as hell on earth)
Organized the big barn in the back yard
Mowed and Gardened
Washed the cars
Washed the house and took off the shutters (we are painting them black and painting the door red)
Organized the girls’ clothes into rubbermaid tubs by size.
Hung pictures.
Organized the built in shelves
Pulled up the ugly vinyl tiles in the bathroom
Went to Loews and Home Depot more times than can be counted.
Bought a bunch of ferns to hang on the front and back porches.
Fixed the hot water heater.
Went to Target 79,000,000 times

Crazy, I tell you! And J. still has today off. He goes back tomorrow, so today we will paint the shutters and

door, organize and clean..oh, and of course do laundry.

Guess this didn’t turn out to be much of a “vacation”, huh? But it’s been wonderful just spending time together. We play outside every day, have picnics every day…

Gosh, I’m going to miss him when he’s gone.

Well, I’d better go get started on the insanity.
