Okay, okay. There were probably slim pickings. I had less creative time (and at times, less inclination) this past year than I have in a really long time.
But that doesn’t mean I didn’t make some things that make my heart sing.
After looking over these…I (still) clearly really love:
enamel dots
doilies
sequins
tape
garlands
clusters.
Here’s my list (in no particular order)
1. Why? It makes me happy.
2. Why? Had so much fun making that heart.
3. Why? This is when I really started to fall in love with Project Life. And with Gossamer Blue.
4. Why? This project made me really want to do more minis. I LOVED the process. You can see the entire album HERE.
5. Why? I loved doing a layout about me+J. Plus, this was just fun product to use.
6. Why? The design. I was really pleased with the way the little photos fit the polaroid paper.
7. Why? I had so much fun playing around with PL sizes this past year. Also- loved discovering (and USING) so many free printables for my PL. You can see them all compiled HERE.
8. Why? Simple. Good.
9. Why? Um, DUH. Only the most awesome moment. EVER.
10. Why? Fun layout. Fun memories.
Yay! Putting that post together made me all kinds of happy.
Creative resolutions for 2014?
1. MAKE MORE.
2. MAKE MORE.
3. MAKE MORE.

Hi Stephanie,
Through Ali’s twitter feed, I saw your blog and started to look. What an amazing adventure you seem to be having in Italy. I think it just sounds incredible and I admire your openness and positive attitude towards such an exciting opportunity.
I was in the Lake Como area about 4 years ago with some girlfriends. We were there “George seeking”. We had “met” him (not really, but we were in the fan line at a movie premiere and he walked by and we asked some questions) and he had recommended a restaurant for us – “Il Gatto Nero”. On the way to the restaurant, we find his villa. Literally – it is his villa. We take a million pictures and park the car and walk about, as close as we can, taking a million more pictures. It was CRAZY!!!! We go to the restaurant and tell them that he recommended it to us – they think we KNOW him. Who were we to correct them??
The trip was awesome and the villa finding was the icing on the cake. Fast forward 2 years, we’re back at the Toronto film festival, in the fan line – to see George. He walks by and we remind him of the restaurant recommendation and he can’t believe it. We (sort of) had yet ANOTHER conversation with him. It was crazy and now, we pretend that we know him and that he knows us!!! Ha! ha! The fantasies of middle aged women live on!!!!!
Hope that this year brings you a series of continuing exciting adventures!!!!

#2 is my FAV! Question for you… Maybe you can address it sometime in a post…. What is your feedback on oroject life? I’m a momma of five kids under 7 and I rarely have time to scrap. Would PL be a good investment or too much work? I LOVE scrapping, but I’m not usually fast like you, and I spread out and make a huge mess. So I need a good weekend or getaway to really scrap. Any feedback on PL is much appreciated!

These are all really fun pages Stephanie! I am inspired to scrapbook. I haven’t much since my baby was born, but it’s high time that I make a page or two. 🙂

Love your lay-outs, they’re so you. I love the one with the garland, and the one with the tree ( is it a stamp?). Didn’t feel like responding to your last/next post, 600 something comments, can’t top that. I don’t read many blogs, but whenever I read yours, and have something useful to add,I always leave a comment… So are blogs still a thing for me in 2014? No fear, yours will be! Would like to share my family pics and ins and outs with you, but only do Facebook (occasionally, to keep grannies informed) so that is probably not going to happen.

These are so so so cute! My mom and I have decided that it would be fun to make a scrapbook of each of my years in high school and this definitely provides PLENTY of inspiration for us! Thanks for maintaining such a wonderfully entertaining blog!
