Going on at our house today:
Care package for daddy.
After 4 previous deployments I’ve got this down to a science!
I’m working hard on the class I will be teaching at Crop Paper Scissors.
I’m teaching a mini album class on August 16 at 2:00.
The theme is “Pure Joy” and here is a little glimpse:
I really hope that some of you can come!
We will be using Maya Road, KI memories, American Crafts, my favorite silk ribbon, and some vintage ledger paper.
Emmalie will also be selling class kits.
I’m so excited- it’s my first time to teach!!
I’ll be working on this obsessively over the next few weeks.
Well, I thought I should answer a few questions from the last couple of posts…
I have ALOT of questions to answer, so I thought I’d do a few each day.
1. Where did you get the butterfly poster?
It is Cavallini and Co…I adore their beautiful papers. It is actually a sheet of wrapping paper.
2. Where did you get the “H” that you have framed in your bedroom?
I got it at Hobby Lobby last year.
3. How do you organize your finished layouts?
I use American Crafts 3 Ring Binders, the fabric covered type. I have an an album for Sadie’s month by month pages, an album for Harper’s month by month pages, a family album, and I haven’t quite figured out how to do the rest. I will take a photo of my albums soon. I need more, I tend to stock up at Hobby Lobby when they are on sale.
Okay, I was going to answer more, but my energy is zapped.
I will leave you guys with a layout I did today.
Talk to you tomorrow, hope you had a wonderful day!
